About the event
This presentation is for individuals who want to learn more about the new Devoted chronic condition plan being introduced in Surry County for 2027.
The plan may be available to certain Dual-eligible individuals with qualifying heart conditions or diabetes.
Brittany will review the benefits, network, prescriptions, eligibility requirements, and other important considerations so members can decide whether the plan deserves a closer look.
The plan includes benefits that may sound attractive, including a food benefit. However, benefits should never be considered without also reviewing the provider network, prescriptions, hospitals, and overall coverage.
This plan has a more restricted network and will not be appropriate for everyone.
