About the event
This meeting is for current UHC S3 Dual members who want a clear explanation of their 2027 plan changes.
If you receive a letter stating that your plan is changing, please do not panic. The plan is still available, but it is going through a plan name change.
Brittany will review the 2027 updates and help members understand what is changing, what is staying the same, and what they should know before making any enrollment decisions.
