I’m Brittany Russell, a health insurance and Medicare professional, agency owner, and community advocate serving individuals, families, and seniors across Northwest North Carolina. With more than seven years in the health insurance and Medicare industry, I’ve built a growing agency rooted in service, trust, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of the people I serve.

For six years, I worked as a captive agent with UnitedHealthcare, where I consistently ranked in the **Top 10 agents during Annual Enrollment Period** in my region and earned **Premier Gold Producer status for seven consecutive years**. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the Medicare landscape and reinforced my commitment to doing things the right way — with integrity, clarity, and compassion.

I’m especially passionate about caring for seniors and families who may have never had access to proper guidance or advocacy. I take pride in helping people understand their options, easing confusion and fear, and ensuring they feel supported not just during enrollment, but throughout every stage of their healthcare journey.

Beyond my work in insurance, community service is at the core of who I am. I currently serve as **President of Rotary** and am deeply involved in local initiatives focused on accessibility, education, and strengthening our community. My entrepreneurial and civic efforts have been recognized with honors including the **NC Main Street Innovation Award**, **Young Entrepreneur of North Carolina (2015)**, and the **Web Smalling Corporate Citizen Award** from the Yadkin Valley Chamber of Commerce.

When I’m not working with clients or leading community projects, you’ll most likely find me at our flower farm — hands in the dirt, surrounded by **dahlias**, my favorite flower. Growing flowers has become both a creative outlet and an extension of my philosophy: nurture what matters, create spaces where people feel welcome, and leave things better than you found them.
